Matt’s love of sports started at an early age growing up spending summer nights at Dodger Stadium. After Kirk Gibson’s miraculous home run in Game 1 of the 1988 World Series, that love quickly turned into a passion. He parlayed his love of baseball and the Dodgers into a dream job covering Dodger home games for ESPN’s Sportsticker.

He is also an avid fan of thoroughbred horse racing. His sports dream is to be at the Belmont Stakes to witness the first triple crown winner of his lifetime.

He currently resides in Northern California working for an industry leading pet company. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling and dominating his fantasy football league.
